To secure your booking, we would ask you to complete a Booking deposit form and send 30% of the total at the time of booking. The remainder would then be due 8 weeks before arrival.
The weekly rate includes fresh linen, towels, electricity and cleaning before arrival. Additional cleaning can be arranged, at your own personal cost. Should central heating be required, there is a 100 Euro supplement per week.
A security deposit of 400 euros may also be requested to cover any possible breakages or damages to the property and fixtures and fittings. This will be returned to you after departure, subject to no damage.
You are responsible for ensuring that when you leave, Casa di Gallo and all contents are in the same condition of repair and cleanliness as when you arrived. Guests are strongly advised that they are fully travel insured for their stay at the property.
We normally take reservations from Friday to Friday, however, please contact us if that is not convenient and we will try and work around your schedule.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 8 Weeks prior to arrival: no charge
4-8 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of total rental rate
2-4 weeks prior to arrival: 75% of total rental rate
2 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of total rental rate
